Greene County SIM Collaboration Project Workshop
SIM Mapping focuses on six intercept points throughout the criminal justice system from initial contact with community services or law enforcement officers, into the detention and court process, and through re-entry and probation supervision.
Key leaders from the Greene County community have been invited to participate in this workshop. You are one of those leaders with an important voice on issues relating to the local criminal justice system, particularly with respect to mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders.
Through this workshop, we will build on the good work accomplished throughout our county throughout the years with the Crisis Intervention Team (CIT). We hope to focus on strategic planning and collaboration to develop an integrated, local action plan to best address those cases involving mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders. Your insight is critical to this effort.
